My letter to Rhyl Journal. Lets all do a similar thing and see what gets printed. On November 1st 2014 the Queen is due to sign part 7 (the final part) of the Nice Treaty. This will give complete control of UK laws to Europe. Are readers aware the EU Treaty of Nice, which took away the rights of the British to decide their own laws, comes into force in November this year? Did you know that this will release, like a caged tiger, the Treaty of Lisbon which has been waiting in the wings ever since Gordon Brown signed it in December 2007 and our Queen ratified in July 2008? These treaties are against the British Constitution. Yes, we have a constitution which is contained within many of our laws, despite attempts to deny our common laws rights. Both of these treaties will be instrumental in bringing foreign police and soldiers to our shores and removing our right to be assumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. The reason readers may not have heard about this before is because the mainstream media and politicians don’t want you to know. What is happening is treason. Revisit the Magna Carta and use your rights that were laid out for you 800 years ago. The Magna Carta has not been repealed, in part or in full. Do some research and make up your own mind. Wake up and smell the tyranny.
