My life and your life met at one point of time. It was from you, I had learnt, I could love someone to this extent. But I didn’t have a clue of my role in your life. May be I was a passing cloud in your life, though you stayed as a permanent Sun in mine. How quickly those beautiful moments flew away before I could catch? Just like a butterfly eluding and flying away from a kid’s hands. In slippery paths of life, I stood wondering what life is and what love is? In this entangled version of my life, I loved to rewound those little parts I played in your life again and again. Though I didn’t get you by my besides, I am all happy about my life. Because if I have got you, then those little moments I spend with you and that little smile I brought on your face wouldn’t have been this much cherished. Though I know, neither my love cries nor its echoes would make any sound in your mind, I know, just like our shadows fading out when we enter into light, I was faded out by other priorities you chose in your life. But your name is the pleasant wind breezing across the shore of my lungs and into the ocean of my blood. You are an evergreen rose blossomed in the garden called my heart and you will remain as such as you are. And need I have to tell you that my life would go on even without having you near me to wherever it takes. One day I know I would get answers for all the mysterious questions of my life when I meet death eye to eye. I am neither afraid for it nor eager to it. But I do have one wish, that I should die at least a minute before you get yours death call. Because, I believe when you come to know about my absence in this world, you will feel missing something that has always been yours, but you failed to notice. You will feel like missing an unconditional love, which always came seeking your door, but you never took in. It was at that little moment I know you will really miss me...
