My little bundle of sunshine is 5 months old today and happy growing up on Mummys milk! I never thought that I would be able to feed her exclusively on breastmilk for so long as I did not manage to do so with my first 2 babies. I am definitely not a high supply mummy as my highest yield which I ever got per pumping session is only 7 oz (usually about 5 oz). It takes a lot of commitment and determination to wake up to pump middle of the night (even though its sometimes sooo hard to open my eyes) and make sure I pump twice at work and so far it has proven enough to feed baby. I even have a mini stock in the freezer now (which I never had before) so there will be enough for her when I am away from home for a few days. Sedikit-sedikit lama-lama menjadi bukit :) So to all mummies who think that having low supply means that you cannot feed your baby exclusively on breastmilk, think positive and dont give up! Another one month to meet my target of 6 months and hopefully I can continue after that until the last precious drop!
