My little ponies, A fun look on the passage of time(numbers arent exact): When youre one year older, youve traveled 584 million miles around our star, and 4382905000 miles around the center of our galaxy. Youve done this sitting on a giant space going object made of a variety of materials that range in temperature and has all the accommodations necessary for your survival during the trip. Your body has used 3832500 Kj of energy. Energy used to breathe, to sleep, to play, to wonder and explore. Youve grown and changed. Youve adapted ever-so-slightly to your environment. You are doing your best to create a niche for your gene pool to survive in. So far youve struggled and succeeded. All the hurts, all the pain, all the obstacles youve overcome. Of course youve changed. Youve grown stronger. In a way, life is all about perspective. How you see the world, what everything means. So whats in a year? Thats up to you!
