My local Tesco have several reduced items in their free from section, and they had these rolls in the fresh section reduced to 64p. It wasnt until I got them home that I realised they are the ones I usually buy frozen, and the pack does clearly say on back keep frozen. I have phoned the customer care line number on the back and they are too busy to take calls so I have left my details and asked them to get back to me to confirm whether these are supposed to be sold frozen or not Ive also spoken to the Tesco I bought them from, who didnt know whether they should be frozen and said that they think they are sold fresh and then frozen once opened, but if I am unsure I am obviously able to take them back for a refund. I explained that if they should be frozen and have actually defrosted then they are unsafe to sell and they may have issues if other people have taken them home and eaten them. They just said to take them back if I am unhappy .
