Yesterday, I lost my battle with type 2 diabetes and I now had to add 2 more medications to my very large consumption of doctor prescribed pharmaceuticals. I have been trying to avoid this for 2 years. I go off one and add on 2. Yes, I have been watching my diet for 2 years.
