My loving caring husband George Cutler got me a Gift Certificate from Taffy Salon Spa. I can not keep my mouth shut any longer. I would never set foot in this place again. I asked for hair color of burgundy red, with other red high-lights/low-lights. I told them I didnt want blonde that blonde washes my skin color out. Makes my complexion look pasty. Did they listen to me?...NO...I got blonde high-lights and a lot of them. I expressed to them I was unhappy....and the hair cut I wanted got all waked to hell. I even took in a picture of the cut and style I wanted and that didnt help.... (I will tell you where I normally go to get my hair done always gets it right). So they asked me to come back in so they can fix it...(after informing me it must have been a mis-communication,) So they have the same girl who screwed it up in the first place, put another shade of red over the blonde..and the same girl tried to fix the hair cut Im sorry but a 4 year old could have cut my hair better. Now my hair is a frizzy mess when it hasnt been before...I went home and cried. My husband is very pissed as he purchased a mega gift certificate from them for me as a Christmas present, and now feels it is his fault. Its not his fault. I am not a difficult customer. I am now wondering how damaged my hair is.. They dont listen to you and they do what ever they want. I would never have gone there if it hadnt been for the Gift Certificate. I wont even go back for a pedicure or a massage or a manicure, and I still have $123.00 on the gift certificate. DO NOT GO HERE..TAFFY SALON SPA in Clearfield, PA
