My mother, Janet Praiswater, would be very proud that I went a whole week without eating out, except for buying almonds at a gas station so I wouldnt eat out. Does that count? AND didnt go grocery shopping. Tired of kale in everything and eating radishes, olives, KALE, squash, elderly bell peppers, but really getting the fridge cleaned out of all the gifted vegetables and fruit. I APPRECIATE them, really, but then feel pressured to not let them go to waste. Drum roll. I FINALLY made a goat roast in the Crockpot that was tender! No one told me 14 hours on HIGH! Now the goal is to clean out the freezer. Any good goat recipes out there?
