My mum went through artificial menopause because when I was 4 the Doctors chose to carve her up. Way back then they did not provide hormone support and around 10 years later she had a fall whilst playing tennis and fractured her arm. Due to early onset osteoporosis her X-ray revealed bones that had shattered into small chalk like sections. She was operated and had a plate and five pins inserted into her arm and she took them to her grave. Eat healthy clean food, exercise regularly, belly laugh daily and love your life. Learn your cycles and rest during your first three days. Educate yourself then pass the knowledge onto your children and friends to gain support. You are special each and every one of you.
