My name is Cheyenne. I just got bailed out of jail at Fulton County Animal Services by my new foster mom. Oh, I am so happy. To celebrate, my foster mom took my kayaking on the Yellow River with this really nice bunch of people the very next day. I got to make so many new friends, swim for the first time, play with some other dogs, dig holes in sandbars and ride in a kayak. My foster mom (and everyone on the paddle trip) said that I am a super sweet puppy. My foster mom said I’m a super kayak pup. Well, I love to cuddle with her. I’m only 8-10 months old and I love to play, though I’m really smart and eager to learn. I learned sit last night, and I have that command nailed. I weight 57.5 lbs right now, and my mom says I should put on a few more. My foster mom doesn’t know much about my history, except that it wasn’t very good. I was a stray at one point. I just went for my first vet visit and got the last of my shots. My foster mom is working on my diet, which will make my sort of ruffy coat look great in a couple weeks. I do have to go back to visit my new friends at the vet to get spayed. Do you know what that means? I’ll be ready to go to a new home in about 3 weeks. I am going to be such a wonderful addition to a family. If you are interested please fill out an adoption application at gashepherd.org
