My name is Dee Rodgers and this is my thrive experience. It is my prayer that my sons, Caleb and Silas, learn to walk in faith and run hard after dreams as both of their parents do. In the last 2 years, we had a dream to start Journey of Grace Fellowship church, so my husband, Josh, left a full time position and we did just that. I was an educator for 7 years and although I love my students, I dreamed of residual income and to have the gift of time with my husband and boys. So last year, I left my teaching career and started a new career selling insurance. We were living those dreams last November when Le-Vel was introduced to me. Needless to say, I was not interested in the opportunity. I felt on top of the world being self-employed, having the gift of time with my boys and selling insurance with my sister/best friend/partner/manager, Kristy Collins. However, I was drinking a pot of coffee a day and getting drive-through double shots of espresso because I was void of energy. I started my Thrive experience in February and by the end the month I no longer needed coffee for energy or even had a craving for it. I did not hit any of my VIP bonuses that month as I was just focused on feeling better. I started sharing my experience in March and by the end of April I earned my car bonus!!!!! Driving a brand new Lexus is not something I had dared to ever dream of. The Thrive Experience and hearing Paul Gravette speak at the Fort Worth Local has encouraged me to dream BIG! Josh and I are now dreaming of being debt free and have faith that dream will become a reality by Christmas 2014. I thank God every day for this blessing!
