My name is Janet Sheek...My maiden name is Copeland...I was born on June 12 1976..at Sparks Regional Medical center in Fort Smith Arkansas...all I know is both my parents were 16 at the time...shortly after I was put in sn orphanage n given the name Janet...I was adopted September 14 1977...my adopted mother was given a prescription bottle with the last name Vaughn on it when I was a teenager I was needing my shot records on it was a black line with a name on it but tgey had also scribbled out the name on it..u couldnt make out the first name except the first letter n the last two J....ie n the lastname was the same that was on the prescription bottle Vaughn. ..at the time I was put in the orphanage my biological grandma had given me a hnd crocheted blanket which had pink ends n the rest was blue...thsrs as far as I have gotten I would like any help I can to find my parents and other relatives if possible. ...
