My name is Kayla and I am so very interesting in the FD concept! I live in a small gas/oilfield town in northern BC, Canada. I am a mommy of two boys, 3 years and 9 months and I am still nursing my youngest and plan on doing so until he is one in February. Im not sure if I should wait to start FD until I am done nursing... I was going to the gym earlier this year with a trainer, but I found that it was just a huge waste of my time with her and my money. She wasnt very motivating and she started pushing me to quit nursing so I could diet for a completion (which I wasnt ready to compete in at all). Long story short, I quit with her and stopped going to the gym once we bought a new home. Im planning on going back to the gym after we make the big move nov 13th, Mondays Wednesdays and Fridays, as that is when my oldest is in preschool. Im not sure which ebooks to start out with? I will be 25 in January and I am 411 and currently weigh 107lbs. I still have a little mommy tummy, from my pregnancy, that I hate. I dont cook horribly, but it could definitely be better and cleaner. My metabolism is pretty fast and I think over the last few years Ive taken advantage of it and made poor food choices. All in all, Im ready to make some serious changes to be a healthier mom/wife for my family. And I want to make those changes with FD. Any info you could give me, to point me in the direction I need to be going in, would be amazing.
