My name is Mishelle and I am a Midwifery student at the University of the Sunshine Coast (USC). As part of my degree, USC uses a continuity of care model, which involves each student following 20 women through their exciting birth journey. I am currently seeking pregnant women on the Sunshine Coast to take part in this continuity of care experience and allowing me to follow them through their pregnancy, attend ante natal/post natal visits, ultrasound visits, any other visits and of course their birth. This is a win-win situation, as I will receive the valuable education that is required as part of my degree and the pregnant woman will receive an on call student midwife available anytime.
