Two attempts for transportation from Monticello to the VETerans administration in Castle Point Failed. I am legally blind I carry a blindstick I cannot see to my peripjhial left I am a united states of asmerica Army Veteran I HAV AIDS I am HIV positive. I take meds I cannot drive an automobile. I request that this Email be forwarded to the highest level of office and I shall copy and paste this and send it to the VA. I do not like incompetent organizations or people I would like a certified letter with an authorized letter head indicating that I have been stricken from your records and that all my personal data be shredded and discarded signed by a top official for the State of New York and or the USA Main Headquarters. I WAS TOLD BY Allyson Wagner that I was responsible t...o call the yellow cab the day of my pick up ,,, WRONG. I had scheduled this some 8 to 10 days in advance. I wont be let down by HVCS againb cause I wont deal with you anymore.. I am also suggesting as reprimand of these two individuals. who had all the informantion and subsequentally fialed. . I will also forward this to the Yello cab company and any and ALL organizations I see fit. I live at 27 Hillside AVE apt 6 in Monticello NY 12701. Anger? you havent seen FRI?CKIBNg ANGER Ive yet begunb to write. I have subsequentally contacted the White House to Attention President Obama. A simple cab ride to and from a scheducled drs appointment turns into a national fiasco. I speak the Truth whether you like to hear it 1/2 see it or not. This happened to me approx. 5 years ago January of 2009. I am always fighting for a ride and having to rely on a third party which for the most part is or are incompetent Im fed up. Whats the purpose of filling out Mountains of Paperwork submitting urine blood thesis samples, making appointments with the Primary care physiscian here in Monticello NY etc If I cant get a god dam dependable reliable trustworthy frickin taxi cab ride? They haver mountians of endless paper work phone # etc yet they come up with some excuse like Im responsible to do their job? Perhaps I should also walk to the cab place get in with my blind stick and also drive the cab , and then why not take my own MRI myself Just skip everybody ,,, Then I could perform an operation on my own back as well. 5 Years of being brushed aside and always waiting for a frickin ride that doesnt come cause some third fourth fitht party forgot to thit the ENTER key.
