My need to communicate well is demanded by employers plus business and it is a continuous process. As we interact the substance, quality, clarity, consistency or depth gets attention and remembered. When the need arises the employer or business person retrieves from memory to explore possibilities: there you go, they make judgement on my suitability for a job or for a business.
