My new favorite cooking technique, steam and pressure! I like cutting my spuds for breakfast hash, real small, so I can cook them on high and add water occasionally to avoid burning. Having had success with steaming, I started cooking my pork and chicken the same way! I know that true pressure cooking is something entirely different, but this method is close!? For sausage links I was able to cut my cooking time in half!? I like it so much, Ive converted my olive oil bottle into a water bottle. Next step, a proper steaming hood!
