My new favorite place for pizzas, pastas n delightful desserts - Razzmatazz Bar & Bistro. Love the food here...was so good that we returned 2 weekends in a row. The only place in Kuching to savour handmade gnocchi...they make the nicest rosti as well. Fresh ingredients are used..the pineapple in their pizza is not from the can! Also endearing is the lovely service - kudos to Frieda and crew who always serve with a smile. My only peeve was that their ribeye steak was too thin for the price but still, it was cooked perfectly to my liking...shows the chef knows his steak :) They are in the midst of revamping their menu when I visited. I hope to see more handmade pastas (e.g. ravioli, tortellini) to their menu with more variety of sauces (e.g. white wine, squid ink).
