My number is 4, given to me by my friend, Mary Beth Cutshall. Some things you may not know about me: 4. My parents have always been travel enthusiasts. They traveled all throughout the Indian subcontinent and neighboring countries with us three kids, from the time we were born through our early teens. My siblings and I are the only few amongst my friends and cousins who can say that weve been to all the states in India. Moving to the US over 20 years ago has further fueled the passion for travel and exploration. I will be eternally grateful to my parents for instilling the love for travel at an early age! 3. While in college, I had an opportunity to apply for a TA position for the Hindi/Urdu classes taught at UNC and NC State (via Satellite). Although, I couldnt read or write Urdu, I learnt the language in less than a month to be able to teach to grad and undergrad in my senior year of college. The first couple of classes were nerve wrecking but that one position has been one my favorite jobs of all times. Teaching is such a joy and privilege! 2. I am a trained dancer and have had my dance group all through school, college and beyond :: UNC Bhangra Elite!! I truly believe music and dance are my highest common denominator in life ... the most meditative and magical times of my life are intertwined with music and dance. 1. The vision and establishing of In.Style Exchange with Jenny Siede has truly been a 10 year journey of faith, spiritual evolution, life lessons and the absolute joy of creating something meaningful that serves and empowers fashion designers and domestic manufacturing businesses. Furthering my growth, Im very excited about stepping into my career as a real estate consultant with my cousin, Simmy Ahluwalia!
