My oldest daughter just tried her hand at making homemade Potato soup for the first time. Now I must say it was pretty good. Now you all must understand, this is a MAJOR undertaking and quite an accomplishment. I am quite proud of my daughter Katelynn Ann. For as much as I love her dearly and though she may have many wonderful talents, cooking has NEVER been one of them. For I can remember it was not that long ago when she was burning my good cookware while attempting to boil water for pasta noodles and the like. So my hat goes off to you my lovely daughter for your much improved culinary skills and accomplishments. The soup was tasty and delish indeed. Thank you for my dinner.
