My online shopping bad exp with eBay india - When the time is not right every thing goes wrong. Me and my friend ordered JBL speaker phones from Ebay India. We received fake product and that too not in working condition on the top of that when we raised a claim eBay sent me an email stating they called me up to resolve the issue which is absolutely false. So me and my friend decided to teach eBay india a lesson and will bring them on their knees. We thooked the email below and its just a start of their panga with us. Will teach them a lesson. Hello Ebay Team, This is with great dis-comfort Ive to inform that - youve not contacted me today at my provided contact number - *********** I can also share a snap-shot and also detailed itemized statement of my cellular phone stating that there was no call received today from your support team. I work for one of the top 10 companies on *Earth* i.e. - *Microsoft* - I quite well understand how the customer support business works and how follow ups are done. Being in sales for over 11 years of my life - Ive hardly ever missed a call during business / peak hours of IST. Secondly - The item I mistakenly purchased from your so called * E-commerce* website is pathetic and to put it in simple words - It is FAKE. Ive taken these crappy earphones to an authorized retail shop and theyve confirmed - it is a fake product with fake packings. Also, let me notify you being an avid music lover - Ive various earphones and headphones - From Sony to JBL to AKG to Bose. I pretty well understand what real sound is. Youre item description claims it is an earphone with in-built mic but there was no mic to be found. The sound quality is worsen than locally made earphones and sound retrievers in India from INTEX. Both the earphones we purchased are not in working condition. I am very dis-appointed with this purchase of mine from E-bay and I regret why I didnt listen to my friend - who had advised me to purchase it from Flipkart. The price might have been a factor - but I being a genuine customer wouldnt have minded paying a few extra bucks for original quality rather than getting - *AAA* fake quality product from E-bay. This payment was made by my American Express Card - I will report to my bank that the merchant sold a fake product. To conclude - I do not require support but hence a full fledged refund of INR - ******* + do add the harassment cost into my credit card account.
