My opponent is stating that I did not show up to a debate after I accepted an invitation. I would like to make a public statement and let everyone know that I did not show up to the retired teachers forum because my son was running a fever. I wear many hats, I am not only a politician. I am a career woman and a mother. When my son needs me, everything else comes second. I look forward to meeting and speaking with everyone soon. Please dont just take my opponents words and run with it. I look forward to serving this state as your next State Auditor. Please keep in mind, I am not retired, I have a full-time job. I am a full-time army wife and a full-time mother as well as campaigning full-time. I would like to keep this a clean race with no negativity and no false advertising.
