My opponent tells what a good clerk he is and has been in the past and maybe the best in the state of Kentucky but I beg to differ he has not been the best for Breathitt Co. (1)Why are our automobile taxes higher than our neighboring counties? (2) Why are our property taxes being sold to out-of-state land company instead of being auction in front of the courthouse steps?(3)What has he done to help the people of Breathitt Co. so much? (4)He says he has Fiscal Responsibility then why did he have a budget surplus of thousands of dollars part of his first years appointment then how much the following years there after? (5) Well he says he stand by his record and what he has done in the past were my Question is will he stand on his record what he could have done and should have done to help the people of Breathitt Co.? Now my friends there are other questions remaining but I will stop for this posting. In my opinion it is broken and needs to be fix and replenish that which has been long forgotten. I will tell you my new direction with a fresh approach is much different from my opponent and if you are willing to elect me and give me just one chance to prove myself I will show you plainly the different that I have you the people at my heart and mind and still abide by all laws handed down by the Commonwealth of Kentucky while still yet reducing the annual budget to run the clerks office and lighten the burden of the taxpayer.
