The house: This is a 3 bedroom house in Bayview (Palou and Keith streets), a quiet, family oriented neighborhood which is pretty much ALWAYS sunny! It has relatively easy parking and many bus lines within 2 blocks (T-line, 24, 23) Its a very animal-friendly house and there is room for another friendly small dog possibly. The house has a washer/ dryer, wifi, two full bathrooms, living room, dining room, nice big kitchen, good light. There is a big backyard with a BBQ, room for gardening and cool chickens. The room: The room is medium sized and gets lots of afternoon light, has a large closet and currently a nice queen sized bed and dresser (furniture can stay or go).
