My precious, sweet, selfless Papa Frank was laid to rest today among the many that laid down their life for this place we call home. He was one upon many. His plight was so unique. When he took my mothers hand, he embraced us all. Though we have three siblings older than he, he took that roll with the pride of a newborn parent. He came when we called, he wept when we we were lost! An old man in a young mans body! He lived for my mom and us. This family is large and at most times, not a piece of cake to handle. He embraced every moment with all of us. What a rare soul you were. The world should take example of this simple, selfless man that we called Dad!
