My procrastination involved more than just poor impulse control; namely, vicious self-bullying, ruthless perfectionism, and, above all, paralyzing fear - or, as I like to call them - the tools of the writers trade. Im not much of a procrastinator, but I can definitely see the three things listed currently manifesting in other ways and wreaking havoc on my health/life. Other people are going to criticize you constantly. Dont be your own biggest critic.
