My rating for waar will be given as 4/10 and here is why: 1: Copying Fight Clubs line If you wanna make an omelette, you gotta break a few eggs is something that if you intended to say it, you should have said it correctly, not mix an accent. Another famous dialogue that was spoken was I smell a rat ( Frank Costello, The Departed ), if you plan on replaying Jack Nicholson, at least do it properly. 2: The plot was impressive, but was heavily mangled due to the acting. If the actors paid more attention to formulating their script and less on developing fake and over - pompous British and American accents, the film could have been way better. 3: Half the script was in English and half was in Urdu. Take a look at Lagaan, the urdu dialogues were synchronized with English subtitles, and it became a critically acclaimed movie because, they stood firmly on their ground with their culture, which happens to be their language.
