My recipe Bailey Recipe is as follows Have a bucket 5 Empty scotch Bottles ! ..........That way ya dont have to rinse out the bottles ..Less work! 8 eggs (Yep raw ones )..........lol 3 cans Condensed Milk 3 cans reduced cream (ya buy where the condensed milk isle) coconut essense 50ml bottle ( i ended up using Just over 1/2 bottle ) 3 Table Spoons White Sugar 1 Bottle of Cottees Chocolate Topping or Cabury no cheap stuff! ( I ended up using 3/4 of the Bottle).....MMMMMMMMM! 1 Bottle of Ballantines scotch ( Yes The whole bottle is good ) Now Mix well with hand mixer if you can or wooden spoon.. Oh yeah taste testing is fully recommended.... !!..........lol you may add more coconut essense and Choc topping! if desired! now if there any left Bottle it !!............lol I put mine in the fridge ! It is ready to drink straight away! Although gets more potent if left a while... Enjoy my friends...
