I thank you for your prompt response. However the copy of the “original” scales recording was blank. Furthermore I requested “ A copy of all complaints, the actual reports of the complaints, dispositions of complaints made by your agency, citizens, and or other agencies for the following employees of your agency: Jon Hunt, Paul Johnson, Mike Buske, Joe Gebhardt.” Now I am not sure if you know this, however what wasn’t included for sure is the sustained complaint of John Hunt (8/4/2002). I request the reports from that sustained major complaint. I also request the complaint file of Robert Topp. I request the following data also: • Correspondence between your property/evidence room personal and any labs, BCA, Hennepin County Crime Lab, prosecutorial or other state/county/jurisdictional officials regarding the above named case, • Case notes, including handwritten bench notes, a complete chain-of-custody record up until your present time for the evidence with the following Bar Codes, 10-01844, 10-1694, 10-01723, 10-01724, 10-0725, 10-0846, 10-0847, 10-0849, 10-01851, 10-01853 and a description of the stated evidence. I request a copy of the items tag, where the actual handler’s written signiture). • Copy of the evidence/property room security procedures, • A copy of the room’s policies and procedures, • The access logs into the evidence room for the following days September 10 2010- through October 10 2010, as well as the access logs of any temporary storage that any of the listed evidence was stored into for the same dates listed in this paragraph, (an actual copy where the names was signed and appear on the actual sheet, not computer generated ) • The dates and times of any presumptive testing done on any of the listed evidence in this case, the type of testing and the serial number of such testing. • Access log into the evidence/property room for the days of October 10, 2011through October 13, 2011 , and the days of October 29, 2011 through November 2, 2011, • Access log into the evidence/property room for the days of October 10, 2011through October 13, 2011 , and the days of October 29, 2011 through November 2, 2011, Thank you sir.
