My response to Glenn Becks implications that an armed resistance to tyranny is unwarranted violence and is somehow not of God. (I SUPPOSE HE BELIEVES WHAT OUR FOUNDERS DID WAS IMMORAL AND UNNECESSARY AS WELL?) Glenn, If the founders would have followed your message of apathy and compromise, America would have never come into existence. I am shocked someone with your knowledge of our founders and what they sacrificed, isnt able to see the writing on the wall. We do not advocate violence. In fact, it it the warrior above all others who prays for peace. For if there is a battle, the warriors will be the ones shedding their own blood for the cause. I find the very it very troubling that standing to defend ones family, country, or belief system would be considered unnecessary violence. What will we do when they powers that be decide taking the side of God and praying or reading the Bible is a crime punishable by imprisonment? I for one am not willing to sit on the sidelines waiting to see how that plays out. Glenn, if the militia groups which descended on the NV ranch to assist the Bundys would have taken your approach, today Cliven would be in jail, his cattle would be gone and his family would likely be homeless. Imagine how differently things would have turned out for the Jews, if in the early stages of the gun confiscation and round up period, they all would have fought back. Bloodshed, yes, but not a holocaust. Not without a fight. Neutrality helps the oppressor, never the victim. SI VIS PACEM PARA BELLUM! Shaun Adkins
