My review of the Taco Bell mobile ordering experience: The app: - TopicsExpress

My review of the Taco Bell mobile ordering experience: The app: The customization of each item is surprisingly deep and well-executed. For example: I like my Quesaritos without sour cream. Usually, when in-store, the process of removing sour cream from my order becomes an ordeal, occasionally involving a manager for some reason. The app made it super easy. Picking up the order: When I confirmed my payment through the app, I selected pick up at drive-thru and made my way to the store. When I arrived the employee initially didnt understand that I used the app, but I clarified that I had placed a mobile order and she quickly became ecstatic. When I pulled up to the window I was met by three employees with huge smiles who all thanked me for using the app to order, and I felt like royalty. They handed me my Quesaritos and I happily ventured back to the office to eat at my desk and write this dumb review. Quesarito rating: 2 out of 2 Quesaritos were cooked perfectly. Drive-Thru rating: 3 smiling employees out of 3. McDonalds App Rating: 0 out of 10. Get it together, Ronald. Overall rating: 10 out of 10. Will Quesarito again.
