My roast is done and as promised here are my before and after pictures as well as the recipe. I added potatoes, carrots, and about 4 tablespoons of Worcestershire to the tops of potatoes and carrots. My roast was almost 3 pounds and I used unsalted butter. The flavor is amazing! The vegetables and meat are very moist and tender. I highly recommend you try the Mississippi roast! This is coming from a very picky home cook.
