My sis Sandy and I tried to get to Loma Linda today to see our mom. The wind was so bad I could not see to drive over Gilman Hot Springs Road and two police cars went whizzing by with lights and sirens. Really really scary. Power lines down, trees down, sirens and fire trucks everywhere. Ha! Thought I was in a Bruce Willis movie. Needless to say we are staying home. First day mom has been on her own but the nurse assured us she was in good arms! Stay safe everyone! Bad out there!
