My sis in law lost everything. Her home tottaly demolished. My brother built this house for them after tearing down the shack his wifes parents lived in Shes 82. The small cemetary close to her house contained my brohers body. Its gone too. She lives on one of the islands furthest away from the mainland. The property originally belonged to her parents. I have donated some to the Red Cross and busy now purchasing things I know my sis in law needs. She did a lot of charity work for the kids on the island. Every year my bro and her put on a huge Christmas party for these kids she continued doing so after he died. What will happen this Christmas? I dont know. She has no children of her own and all her neices and nephews she brought to Canada while she was here to educate, made sure they married properly and had homes. They stayed in Canada but when she and my bro retired they went back to her homeland. She is now 82 and still going strong.
