Washington, D.C 20006 (Case 2067-13) In order to find out what happen to my family members for over four years I Khalifah Whitner and my sister Nisura Wright had to investigate the deaths of my deceased family members without out the aid of local, and federal law enforcement. I have request and filed complaints asking that The United States federal government agencies to turn over the original records of I and my family member’s, but for the past five years I have been met with harassment, threats against my life, and extreme poverty, while the U.S have used false claims of me being a criminal, and a fraud, with a mental health disorder as a means in order to not to bring forth records; while a DNA test would have generally been established to determine my identity, if my identity was truly in question. The real issues stems from the United States Illegal participation in the Genocide of my family members and the illegal control the United States Inc. have had over my families’ Royal wealth through the creation of fraud mental health, fraud criminal records all sponsored by the United States government in order to keep me from retrieving records and knowledge of my families Royal wealth, history and the genocide enacted on my family members. The motive and participation of the United States sponsored genocide on my family members, is connected to the United States agencies, financial institutions, and government officials association in the participation of treason, genocide and, in the unlawful concealing and deposing of my Royal family members. Genocide was carried out on my family members, through illegal executions, due in part of the United States agencies, financial institutions, politicians’ concealment and unlawful control over my families’ royal wealth for over fifty years. I Khalifah Whitner have submitted my complaint of Human Rights violations against the United States of America, to the (IACOHR) Inter American Commission on Human Rights alleging Genocide, and to this day the (OAS) have not even acknowledge my petition filed. I have visited the (OAS) and the (IACOHR) and have been encourage to file Precautionary Measures to rush the process due to the impending emergency, and danger, of being unlawfully arrested, or even illegally executed, after making allegations against the U.S. The (OAS) and (IACOHR) who had to respond to my petition with in two weeks no later than three months, have never responded to my petitions. It’s been well over a year since I filed for Precautionary measures submitting my petitions and I have not even received a letter of acknowledgement, when the commission has sent a letter of acknowledgment to my sister Nisura Wright who submitted her petition one month after I submitted my petition. I have accused the United States government of crimes of genocide against my family members with impunity, and still to this date the United States is currently taken aggressive measures against I Khalifah Whitner aka Khalifah Kojima and my sister Nisura Wright; using fraud criminal records and the Inter-American system on Human Rights as a platform to continue to follow through with the unlawful crimes already committed against my family. I Khalifah Whitner, fears unlawful attempts are currently being made. To reinforce their unlawful actions of falsified records of illegal court convictions created through manipulation of records; and the false testimony of family members and individuals posing as family. While the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights have responded to the U.S and have believed to held hearings, while the U.S was able to defend their position on this matter. I and my sister Nisura Wright, presented and filed petitions due to fear that the U.S would continue their campaign of genocide against I and my family members. Instead of the (OAS) and (IACOHR) protecting our rights they have taken a bias stance, allowing to silence I and my sister by refusing to respond to our petitions, while not allowing us to take part in meetings, and conferences were the United States Government have been able to discuss issues concerning our, wealth, Royal status, life and family members; while publicly defending their position of murder by bringing forth fraud documents used to murder my family members. Moreover while trying to receive approval to continue to move forward on executions of I and my sister Nisura Wright, using fraud documents and cases of terrorism and murder; only created on paper without due process. While the U.S government agencies have denied us access and knowledge of our wealth from state to state accounts have been ran and the general public have benefitted while we starved, had no place to stay and struggled. From state to state we have took shelter in airports such as Washington Dulles Airport, Charlotte North Carolina airport, Philadelphia airport, Baltimore BWI airport, Reagan National airport, New Jersey Newark airport, Indianapolis Airport, Minneapolis Airport, Atlanta Georgia, airport, We have suffered from state to state. On October 27, 2014 the United States government have used my very means of shelter, such as me staying as a guest of my sisters at a hotel as a means to create fraudulent accusation of terrorism. On October 27, 2014 police offices Taylor badge #1163 and Flig Badge 576 # was called out at 12.00 am while I Khalifah Whitner was using the lobby computer at the Marriott Hotel Towns an Place Suites located in 1171 Winterson Road Linthicum, Maryland looking at photos of Abyssinian king Ras Tafari Makonan, The management on duty by the name of Victor was instructed to call the police and accuse me of looking up pictures on the web of how to make bombs. The property was instructed to call the police; in order for the United States to have documented history of me being accused of conspiring to do terrorist acts to associate with their illegal records already created accusing me and my sister of participating in terrorist’ acts, which was one of the lies used on my parents and grandparents in order to achieve illegal executions. I filed Precautionary Measures being instructed by IACOHR staff Juliex Alexandria on December 13, 2013 that precautionary measures were for anyone who was experience impending harm, I asked several IACOHR staff if precautionary measures were only related to individuals incarcerated, and was told “no, anyone could apply”. I specifically asked about Precautionary measures due to the illegal fraud records created by the United States stating I am an incarcerated criminal. I did not want the fraud from the U.S courts to continue over to the Inter American Commission on Human Rights. In all cases filed either in the state court or Federal court I was the petitioner and plaintiff who filed all cases asking for relief, as I am now in the IACOHR asking for relief. After doing further research I discovered the staff at the IACOHR have also misled me into believing precautionary measures are not for criminals. When Precautionary measures is establish under Article 25 of rules of procedure of the IACHR that states in serious and urgent situations the commission may on its own initiative or request of a party, a request that a state adopt precautionary measures to prevent irreparable harm to persons or the subject matter of proceeding in connection with a pending petition case, as well as to persons under the jurisdiction of the state concerned independently of any pending petition or case. After waiting over a year for a response for both of my petitions filed, and never even receiving one letter of acknowledgment, I visited the OAS ICOHR and spoke to Malene Alleyne who made me aware that for over one year the IACOHR had my petition wrongfully registered as if I was criminal Deprived of Liberty. When I filed Precautionary December 17, 2013 I. I was only given my case number over the phone (Case 444-13) and told that Yuri Romona was handling my case, but when I came to visit on October 14, 2014 to see about my case by IACOHR staff Julies Alexandria who I spoke to on December 13, 2013 came down stairs stating he was Yuri Romona. When I asked him about my case he gave me false information stating there is no limit on when a case of precautionary measures must be reviewed, and precautionary measures is not for a criminal, but anyone can file if they are in immediate pending harm. Moreover stating the commission doesn’t have information when they review my case, they only give a letter of acknowledgment. I then asked if the IACOHR would have information on seeking asylum from this country, due to my life being in danger; I was told “The commission doesn’t have information; I would have to go to the U.S state department to ask the U.S for asylum”. When I asked, “why would I being asking the very state that I am trying to seek asylum from, why would I ask them to aid me?” he still insisted that I go to the U.S state department to seek help. Every day that my issues are not being addressed is an Injustice to me and a violation to my human rights; my status as royalty and my parents’ premeditated murders should not go unnoticed or taken lightly. The United States government has been using the excuse of my sanity and illegal criminal records to stall time, while never openly stating allegations, to me because all allegations are false and contradictory. I have a right to defend myself and see all records. While the IACOHR should not create new procedures and policies to address my complaint, I should be treated like every other person who filed a complaint with the IACOHR I ask that this Commission please act fast and don’t delay anymore it has been over a year since, I filed my petition, and I have yet to even correspond with my attorney that was assigned to my case. I have explained my urgent need and my life and well-being are in harm’s way. I have experienced multiple situations were several individual have tried to attempt to rape I and my sister Nisura Wright; or in some cases try to physically assault us while using public transportation. In order to continue their attempts of genocide the U.S have Deliberately inflicting on us conditions of life calculating to bring about us physical destruction in whole or impart, through poverty. We have had no were to live while the government have blocked my access to my own wealth and royal trust; while my husband and his family who are not American citizens as well as my family have had full access to my wealth, while I have been struggling just to eat and have somewhere to stay. All while the government and the state of Virginia, and the state of Michigan, along with other states have continued to accumulated fraud records in an attempt to create an arrest and a murder to try and clean the government from its wrong doing. My family and I are royalty and have crown immunity; we are immune from civil suit or criminal prosecution. The very fact that the United States have criminal records of I and my sister as well as my family members are proof, and evidence of their open genocide and acts of treason.
