My situation: While at Wal-mart getting supplies for my business i hit my head on one of the shelves an put a gash on my forehead as o was looking for the restroom i ran into a manager an told him wat happen an he just walked away.... So after i cleaned myself up ran into the same manager again i told him they need to do something about the way the shelve is. He called another manager hr had me to feel out incident report. And stated if you feel you need to go to Dr go its not a guarante Wal-martwill pay. So i stated Im not trying to get any money from Wal-mart i just wanted the other manager to acknowledge the fact hell i got hurt in your store
