My son Daly, who is only 14, was on the news tonight for playing in a basketball tournament on the 18u team. I wanted to scream proudly- yes, that is my sweet baby and he got all of his athletic ability from me spending hours playing "horse", "cat", or whatever game we had enough time to play shootimh hoops before another child hollered for me to come inside. But it was his mom who spray painted a regulated half court in the driveway for him. I told him he better remember me in his Heisman trophy speech- but he told me- "that is football mom". Oops. Just remember me when u make it big kid!!! I love you!!!! :)
