My son EJ had a great day at his UMSL Baseball workout. It was a private invitation for just him and he worked out with the University team. They really greeted him well and he got to catch 7 innings of the 9 inning scrimmage. EJs highlights were.....1 for 3 batting with an RBI, threw a runner out at second and tagged one out at home. Caught some 90mph throwers and blocked all by 1 wild pitch. Not bad for my senior Pirate. Spoke with the coach after the workout and he has some areas to work on to play for the Tritons next fall. EJ will be working on improving this winter and spring. Very PROUD PAPA! Great job son.
