My story: Thank God my kids Care about me!! Had a really look back and take a look at my life. I am the oldest of 8. but I am the most healthiest inside. I have to thank God first. As a young person I would always take vitamins for this or that. As I age and stressed my weight got out of control. Couldnt even walk cause I couldnt carry my weight for a long distance. Go to the doctor to get myself checked out. last year find that Im high cholesterol borderline diabetes and starting to develop high blood pressure. The doctor points his Hand straight down. which side center do you want to go to the right or the left? Had to make a choice. I cant let this happen so, I started to do whatever I need to do to start losing weight. I went to a weight Dr. I tried many different items from the over the counter weight loss products sure I would lose but then I would gain back double no like that saying you take one step frontward and then get set back by 3. Another thing at the time Angelo my 6 year old grandson sad without thinking, youre fat. I know he didnt mean any harm but it was an eye opener, you know kids. My kids start to push me my daughter buys me an outfit for my birthday that was too small last year. Tells me now get in it!!
