My studio overlooks a four-way-stop-sign intersection. It is very busy. Its the greatest perch from which to observe human nature. People will try to get away with absolutely as much as they can. Theyll run the stops while on the phone, assert a non-existent right of way, intimidate and nearly run over pedestrians (including children and toddlers in strollers), honk at, threaten, and scream at a perfect stranger for any reason, rational or not. Often, usually around 5:30am, people will go through the stop sign at well over 40 mph...because no one is there to impede or punish them. The Wal-Mart crap in this post is no surprise. There are absolutely no consequences for any behavior for rich people. You can buy, fire, lie, lobby, bend, and loophole your way out of anything if you have enough money.
