My success story...I was diagnosed around age 31 with Fibromyalgia, arthritis and stenosis. My spine/hip joints were beginning to fuse themselves together. There were times Id need help walking up n down stairs or tie my shoes. Work got harder and harder. I watch my mother who is now 54 and uses a wheelchair. After being diagnosed at 32 and then dealing with pain all these years I just had enough!! I always refused the steroids injection, and FM antidepressants! Im stubborn and knew as a nurse of 14 years these meds would just hurt me in other ways masking the pain not really fixing the illness/diseases. So I suffered! I would cry at times wondering when Id be unable to work... TO WALK! I wasnt doing it! I couldnt! So I started eating cleaner, cleansed my body. Wasnt enough. So I bit the bullet and got the 21 day fix with shakeology in October. My great friend said I should try with her so I did. IT IS MY MIRACLE! I know Im not the typical success story. I didnt lose 150 pounds, but still walking! Not sitting on my heating pad fir the past 3 months is my success!! Not crying as my son ties my shoes is my success! I have minor stiffness but I feel like Im 28 again! I am Stronger, yea thinner but Im HEALTHY! PAIN FREE!! I am so grateful that my friend suggested this program. This is why I recommend and talk about this. This is why I became a coach! This is my WHY!
