My supervisor just resigned, because he felt uncomfortable with how the manager managed. Some of My friends want and support me to replace his position because my caracter is not too much different from my supervisor. My supervisor aint complicated in managing. But I am not confident to replace his.. Because to manage many people is not easy at all like we think. Because it must take more responsibilities. As well as I am used to finding people who usually disagree or contradict with their leader asks. Thats why I need time to think about it. I know that to have a better position will guarantee more sallary, And I am not hypcorite abt money, but to have bigger sallary will be useless if I feel unconfortable and pressed so much. In fact this is a good oppurnity to have a new challenge and situation. But I must think more whether I take it or not. Let time answer.
