My sweetie just got off the phone w/ a very good friend, and she gave us some very, Very bad news. I dont even Know where to start w/ this one. We got news of one of her very dear friends passing, seems that her husband was so controlling of her, he took her life away, and she called it quits and committed suicide. It doesnt end there. A long time friend of mine who my wife worked with blew his head off in front off his wife and kids because of financial problems, and another former co-workers nephew called it quits. WTF. 2014 gave our family enough death to last a life time. I know what can go through peoples thoughts after being in bed for 5 months partially paralyzed 3 tears ago, and if it wasnt for my family and personal trainer, Timmy G. I may of done some thing really stupid. Thats why when the going gets tough, pick your shit up and dont give up. The sun will rise tomorrow, and give us promise of hope. Hope is a good thing, perhaps the best of things, and a good thing never dies. AMEN
