My take on Noah the movie and the controversy comes in the form of a few questions. 1. The movie was made by an atheist......Why are Christians expecting it to be accurate and portray total truth? 1 Cor 2:14 14 says The person without the Spirit does not accept the things that come from the Spirit of God but considers them foolishness, and cannot understand them because they are discerned only through the Spirit. It didnt say that they themselves were foolish, but considers them (the truth that comes from God) foolish. 2. How can Christians watch foolishness like Basketball Wives, Scandal, and other shows that dont have any spiritual connotation at all, yet be angry when a bible character shows up on the big screen via Hollywood? (however misrepresented). Why not boycott those shows as well? 3. Why cant we as Christians put our money together and make a film that displays true biblical authenticity and eliminate the possibility to be misrepresented totally? We wont do this because we dont know how to share the credit with one another, but the world does and gets and gets Russell Crowe (Academy Award Winner) to play the part. Just some things to think about........ #TightButRight #IJS #ThingsThatMakeMeGoHmmmm
