My take on the show last night about the young guys and steroids. First of all it took balls for them to do that in front of the country so I do commend them. It is the individuals choice what they do to their bodies. I just want the younger guys to fully understand the benefits and risks and be fully educated before the use them. There seems to be so much bro science where your mate up the road tells you do do this or that rather than proper scientific investigation or learning from properly clued up individuals. The growth among the young guys taking steroids has increased so much and now when they get there first tub of protein they are looking at getting a vial of test.
