My team at work. We spend long hours together and I am so thankful of the level of respect they each have for one another and me. They are never petty and always willing to help. Its a bunch of young folks and I am in a position that my attitude can positively or negatively influence them. On an ongoing basis I make a conscious decision to impact them positively. I dont care how long the hours I serve it with them happily. They are trained to provide me with coffee. I bring my own stevia. And we are good!! We are in it together for as long as it takes to get the job done. One day one of the young men saw me silently crying at my desk for my friend. Later that night he sent me a text and said I dont know why you were crying and I dont need to know I just pray you feel better soon. So I read that and cried some more. lol. God is truly blessing my life and I thank him!!
