My thoughts on this ALS ice bucket challenge . Yes , I donated my $100 . No . I didnt pour ice water over my head . My concern is this , and this is the paramedic coming out . How long will it be before someone goes into cardiac arrest / aka V-Fib when doing this ? If your not in great physical shape ( even then you better think twice) please consider just the donation . Yes, its a great cause and I support it 1,000 % . But is it worth your life ? Defibrillators are not on every corner . Please think ......
