My three year fishing expired in Dec 2012....i copped a $200 fine on the 15/07/13....as a fishing club member i understand the importance of these licences ..i did the right thing the next day and went and renewed licence for another 3 yrs...the money is not the issue...what is the issue is...we receive --reminders-- for insurances, regos, boat licences and so on and i pay them accordingly..why not 3 year fishing licences..? I have always done the right thing so maybe a warning for an oversite would be more appropriate...then they have the audacity to send and ask me to fill out a --survey of recreational fishing 2013/14- to help them out...
