My trip to Korea was also memorable and educational. The following are the highlights: *Touring the sights of beautiful downtown Seoul by BMW that is Bus, Metro, and Walking. *Attended Yoido Full Gospel Church that has seven services on Sunday translated into 8 languages with thousands in attendance each service. *Participated in an ordination service of the International Evangelical Association. *Conferred with a consul at the U.S. Embassy about visas of Midwest University students. *Conferred with our Missouri Department of Agriculture representative who works with exports of Missouri farm products to Korea. *Went on a tour of the DMZ which included going into one of the tunnels North Korea dug to infiltrate the South. I also was able to view North Korea through a telescope. *Toured a display of a traditional Korean Village. *Dined with city officials of the City of Icheon. Icheon is world famous for its production of ceramics with more than 300 firms producing ceramic works. We also attended a ceramics fair there. *Went to the Seoul Tower which is 500 meters tall and overlooks the city 360 degrees. The elevator to the top takes only 30 seconds to ascend. *Went to the Midwest University office in Seoul and met a lot of people involved with education and ministry.
