My true passion is for the more meditative side of Yoga... But that doesnt stop me from training full body strength and coordination with hand balancing movements! Stay tuned for updates on a hand balancing workshop :) The best way to improve your awareness upside down, is to break it down into repetitions. This morning i skipped the Yoga mat and dawned a pair of slippery socks. Give this movement pattern a try! Even without the handstand press, its still an amazing exercise for strength development.
